Another big output PET sheet extrusion line is on wet test at Sunwell factory. It extrudes 1,500 kg/h decent sheet by 100% recycled material. It conjugates with Sunwell made IRD crystallized and drying system to avoid IV drop so that sheet will get good strength for application.

A latest technology of Sunwell PET sheet Co-extrusion line was wet test successfully. It extrudes quality sheet, thickness is from 0.15mm to 1.6mm with precise tolerance. The output is from 600 to 1,300 kg/h. This co-extrusion line is adopted Sunwell IRD crystallization/drying technology. The power consumption for all system including IRD is about 0.35 to 0.48 kW/h/kg depend on sheet spec and output. The energy saving feature, easy operation character and excellent sheet quality is the biggest highlight of this line.
