Features
Sunwell Global is a leader in foam sheet extrusion lines, offering advanced solutions for food and protective packaging materials. Our foam sheet extrusion lines are designed to process materials like EPS, EPE, XPET, and EPP with output capacities ranging from 150 kg/h to 1000 kg/h.
- Automated Material Handling: Raw materials are automatically loaded and blended before entering the primary extruder, where a homogeneous melt is produced for consistent results.
- Precision Gas Metering: Hydrocarbon or CO2 gases are precisely metered using triple head ATEX-compliant diaphragm pumps with mass flow measurement, ensuring consistent foam density and high-quality output.
- Extrusion Technology: Ensures precise control and consistent processing for superior foam production, with low shear screws and motorized valve cooling to minimize temperature variations. All foam sheet extrusion lines come with either discrete controls or a user-friendly PLC touch screen control system, offering flexibility and easy operation for production optimization.
- Winding Systems: Haul-off and winding technology offers programmable tension control for improved efficiency.
