• Advanced Deep Draw Thermoforming Technology: The MF Series features a continuous separate station system with two key stages: forming and independent trimming. This setup allows seamless production of deep containers with precise cutting. Integrated in-line scrap granulation further optimizes efficiency by reducing waste and labor.
• Servo-Driven Precision Control: Equipped with dual-axis servo motors linked to mechanical toggles, the MF Series enables independent control of the top and bottom platens for accurate forming. This precision is ideal for manufacturing deep-draw containers with consistent quality.
• High-Performance Heating System: A premium heat tunnel with high-quality ceramic heating elements and multi-zone temperature controls ensures optimal sheet heating. The servo-driven chain feed index guarantees accurate material positioning and smooth integration with the program interface.
• Enhanced Trimming Capabilities: The horizontal (or optional vertical) trim press features servo-driven moving platens with an extended stroke, enabling pre-punching and progressive trimming for deep-draw containers. This ensures clean and precise cuts, even for complex product designs.
• Automated Product Handling and Scrap Management: Two additional servo systems manage product indexing and ejection, ensuring the finished products are accurately placed onto the packing table for streamlined packaging. Post-trimming scrap is automatically fed into an in-line granulator, minimizing space requirements and labor costs.
