Sunwell Extrusion is fully CE marked; ATEX certificated and built by using the international best components. Foam extrusion line is tandem configuration to supply the process of EPS, EPE, EPP, XPET and Foam PLA. Plastic sheet extrusion line is a complete turnkey systems for mono-layer, multi-layer and barrier layer sheet extrusion requirements. The systems can be configured to run sheet off-line with winding or shearing equipment, in-line with a thermoformer for high volume parts.

Sunwell provides different type of thermoforming machines. MF serial is two stations thermoforming machine is forming first, followed by a post trim press to separately trim the finished product to the packing table for packaging, also configure with scrap granulation automatically in-line. MT serial form trim in place one station machine has a small or medium size of forming bed to produce maximum 40 forming/trimming cycle speed. It is suitable for all typical thermo plastic materials, particularly for products that require precise trim tolerances such as deep draw PP containers or cups. MC series is a fully automatic thermoforming machine, designed to specifically meet the demands of production in multi-station operation by steel rule die cutting technology.

Plastic or Foam Recycling Machine. Re-Pelletizing machine is able to recycle in-house scrap, crushed fluff and flake for circular enconomy. Mass production of the foam or rigid sheets and themoformed products can be easily collected to silo tank for the ready of re-pelletized.
